1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ChatFrame ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our website, APIs, automated workflows, or chat interfaces, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register, access, or use any part of the Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of the Service

ChatFrame provides an AI workspace combining conversational models, automated task runners, live external data retrieval (including social platforms, search engines, and marketplaces), and developer integrations.

We continuously improve and iterate on the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, endpoint, or workflow capability at any time with or without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To access our workspace, you must authenticate through authorized third-party authentication providers (such as Google OAuth). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete profile information during authentication.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your session and account credentials.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.

You are solely responsible for all activities, messages, automations, and tool invocations initiated under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

ChatFrame operates on a credit-metered system combined with free and paid subscription plans (such as Pro and Max):

• Computational Credits: Model inferences, scheduled tasks, and external data extraction consume credits according to published operational consumption rates. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Paid Subscriptions: Billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Subscription renewal occurs automatically unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle end date.
• Refunds: Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees and credit purchases are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws, regulations, or third-party intellectual property rights.
• Probe, scan, reverse engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in our infrastructure, APIs, or database systems.
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Circumvent account credit quotas, rate limits, or access controls via automated bots or unauthorized proxies.
• Execute automated scraping in violation of external platforms' terms or applicable data protection statutes.

6. Intellectual Property & Content

Your Inputs & Outputs: You retain all ownership rights to the prompts, instructions, and content you submit to the Service. Subject to applicable model provider licenses, you own the outputs generated specifically for your conversations and automation runs.

ChatFrame Assets: The Service, including our code, design system, brand graphics, icons, software architecture, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of ChatFrame and its licensors.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY ARTIFACTS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING CRITICAL OUTPUTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATFRAME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse computational resources, or engage in activities that threaten platform security or stability.
