Moonshot

Moonshot AI is a natively supported Large Language Model (LLM) provider in ChatFrame, known for its long-context models, such as Kimi.

Configuration

ChatFrame uses the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model for Moonshot.

1. Obtain API Key: Get your API key from the Moonshot AI developer platform.
2. Open ChatFrame Settings: Navigate to the Providers tab in the ChatFrame settings.
3. Select Moonshot: Choose the Moonshot provider from the list.
4. Enter Key: Paste your secret API key into the designated field.

Supported Models

Once configured, you will be able to access models like:

• Kimi Chat (known for its long-context window)
• Kimi K2 (a Mixture-of-Experts model)

Moonshot's models are particularly useful within ChatFrame for tasks that require analyzing very large documents or extensive codebases, as they excel at handling long context windows.
