4. User Responsibilities
4.1 API Keys and Credentials
- You are responsible for managing your own API keys for LLM providers
- ChatFrame stores API keys locally on your device
- We do not have access to your API keys or credentials
4.2 Local Data Processing
- File processing and vector indexing occur locally on your device
- We do not upload your files or data to our servers
- You retain full ownership of all processed content
4.3 MCP Servers
- You are responsible for installing and maintaining required runtime environments (Node.js, Python, etc.)
- Use of third-party MCP servers is at your own risk
- We are not responsible for the functionality or security of third-party MCP servers
5. Prohibited Uses
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Generate malicious, harmful, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
- Distribute the Software without authorization
